Fake Celebrities Speaking Out – Farmer’s Protest Goes Vogue

India Farmers Protests goes vogue.
Celebrities and influencers – and British Vogue – are suddenly interested in the Farmer Protests in India. The protests began in November 2020. Despite the massive resistance, the protests have been largely ignored by Western influencers/NGOs, etc.
Consider that Twitter (a tool of empire) is promoting celebrity endorsement of both Rihanna and the Greta Thunberg account – while simultaneously banning and censoring on the ground Indian farmers and activists. Within the past 3 days Twitter has deleted approx. 250 protest/alt media Twitter accounts. Both the Rihanna and Thunberg account share the CNN article which references Access Now, “an advocacy group which tracks internet freedom.” In reality, Access Now began as arm of Avaaz, an instrument of empire. (As a note, most of the articles being shared by the celebrities are from CNN, not by unions, or farmer’s organizations in India, many which are communist). Perhaps the most telling – and red flag waving share, is the re-tweet of the Rihanna tweet by the imperialist Human Rights Watch.
This comes at a pivotal time. Citizen protests have now begun inside Delhi with massive police presence. Blockades/barricades are being put up all over in desperate attempt to contain the movement. India is the second most populated country on the planet representing approx. a fifth of the world’s population.
We must observe what is happening through a critical lens. 1- “Any account of celebrities must be predicated on the recognition that ‘the interests served are first of all those of capital.” 2. Greta Thunberg (trademark) is capital’s most powerful influencer. The Thunberg brand is continually credited by WEF founder Klaus Schwab, etc. with the uptake of stakeholder capitalism, carbon offsets, etc.). The Climate Group / We Mean Business (1531 corporations representing 24.8 trillion in market cap) were involved in the creation of the Thunberg campaign/brand from the onset.
Rihanna is the founder of the Clara Lionel Foundation, it’s focus on “groundbreaking education and emergency preparedness and response programs around the world.” In September 2016, Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation partnered with Global Partnership for Education and Global Citizen: “GPE aims to raise at least US$5 billion to transform education systems for more than 1 billion girls and boys in up to 87 countries.” Here we have children recognized as human capital data – to be commodified on blockchain linking behaviour to benefits. With its focus on Africa and India, the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Global Citizen is supported by imperialists (Macron, etc.) and corporations (Mastercard, etc.).
Here we have fourth industrial revolution digitalization of education: sustainable development goals (emerging markets), implemented be WEF (UN having partnered with World Economic Forum June 13, 2019). [Jan 25, 2018: ” Today, at the World Economic Forum’s annual general meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that the Government of Canada will provide $180 million to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) for 2018-2020.”] Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation holds annual “Diamond Balls”. Featured appearances from celebrities and political “leaders” including —via video link, Barack Obama.
The Thunberg Foundation supports WWF and Greenpeace International. Also behind the Thunberg campaign/brand since inception, both work closely with the World Economic Forum (and We Mean Business). The New Deal for Nature / Voice for the Planet was created/led by WEF in partnership with WWF. This is the financialization and enclosure of nature global in scale. The WWF is complicit in the torture, rape, murder & mass displacement of Indigenous Peoples.
The celebrity endorsement is targeting the youth demographic. Here we can note that India holds the world’s largest youth population: More than 50% of India’s population is below the age of 25. 65% of the population is below the age of 35. Youth are the key target demographic for the new global architecture/ fourth industrial revolution / great reset agenda.
