In these turbulent times, it is imperative to take charge of our holistic health – mentally, emotionally, physically, and probably the most important of them all but overlooked, our energetic health known as prana. The life force that flows through us. The true meaning of yoga has been convoluted and diluted through Western misappropriation. It’s not about having a perfect body and you do *not* measure your progress or set *goals* on your ability to get into difficult asanas (postures). Too many people become hung up with the physicality of yoga when the asana (posture) is actually a science to strengthen the energetic body.

I candidly share my journey of losing it all literally overnight, spinning me with loss of identity into the big unknown, the catalyst for my deep and profound spiritual transition and awakening, a total dismantling of myself and life as I’d known it.
I use the analogy of the seasons to express this journey into the winter of my dark night of the soul and finally coming to a place of spring, of new beginnings, wholeness and completeness. I speak about unhealed wounds and trauma that rise to the surface of our lives in time of profound transition that must be acknowledged in order for us to truly heal and come home to ourselves.
Collectively we are experiencing a dark night of the soul to awaken to the call of our own soul, to reconnect with spirit and come home to ourselves. We must remember our power at this critical juncture where we are at right now.
