Sinking into Darkness? Then watch this…

Social media overwhelm? Not getting a break from information overload? Feel like there’s no respite from everything going on in the world? Then listen to this raw, uncut video where I speak straight from the heart (well it’s turned out to be a mini rant) about how I’ve been feeling lately and what I believe is part of the remedy to heal ourselves and mother earth.

Ep. 14: Dark Night of the Soul – How to Cope with Losing Everything

Ep. 14: Dark Night of the Soul – How to Cope with Losing Everything

It was my turn to be asked the questions this time!

This is an interview that Jason Liosatos did with me last week (which you can also find on his channel Outside the Box https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8d4RoHggCA&t=204s with over 1k views.

I candidly share my journey of losing it all literally overnight, spinning me with loss of identity into the big unknown, the catalyst for my deep and profound spiritual transition and awakening, a total dismantling of myself and life as I’d known it.

I use the analogy of the seasons to express this journey into the winter of my dark night of the soul and finally coming to a place of spring, of new beginnings, wholeness and completeness. I speak about unhealed wounds and trauma that rise to the surface of our lives in time of profound transition that must be acknowledged in order for us to truly heal and come home to ourselves.

Collectively we are experiencing a dark night of the soul to awaken to the call of our own soul, to reconnect with spirit and come home to ourselves. We must remember our power at this critical juncture where we are at right now.

Ep. 12: Saying No to Tyranny, Finding our Abundant Power and Midwifing a New Life

Ep. 12: Saying No to Tyranny, Finding our Abundant Power and Midwifing a New Life

In this episode Jason talks about how as a race, we are lost and need to find our way back home to our real selves. This toxic culture and consciousness has dismembered, dislocated and dismantled us from our true selves. He talks about how we have become displaced from our soul and spirit and how we need to find our abundant power, say no to tyranny and midwife a new life. We need to go through the pain of that labour and transformation, rather than miscarry ourselves in a dystopia that may await us, if we do not find that latent power.

Artist, author of the Emergency Transformation of Human Beings, artist, and host at his weekly show Outside The Box, Outside The Box is dedicated to conversations about ethics, morals, truth, peace, empathy, transformation, and a more harmonious humanity and world for all people. A world without conflict and corruption, a world where all people are dedicated to finding peace and harmony in themselves which will then translate outward and transform the world. Jason writes and talks about us being magicians with amnesia and that we are magnificent artist’s, creators and sculptors of ourselves and the future, and that we actually manifest our future by the manipulation of matter by consciousness, which literally molds our personal lives and the society and world we live in. Once we remember how to use this incredible force and redirect it for good we can manifest a virtual Utopia here on earth.

The shocking truth is that the greatest threat to humanity is humanity’s own mind, and it is the imbalance of that human mind which is currently destroying us and our planet. When we put the mind right we put everything right. Once we remember how to use this incredible force and redirect it for good we can manifest a virtual Utopia here on earth. There is an emergency and urgency for us to remember and use the miraculous gifts we possess to transform our societies and planet from one of suffering, imbalance and struggle to one of symbiosis, balance and harmony.

Ep. 7: COVID 19 and the Silent Revolution

Ep. 7: COVID 19 and the Silent Revolution

In a chat with my friend Susan we talk about the importance of a silent revolution, why we don’t always need to protest and the meaning of self sovereignty and getting grounded within yourself in these turbulent times. We discuss how we can find happiness during this storm and how being heart-centred, and being in our feminine, rather than overly head-centred will make the most difference in the world right now. Part 2 coming soon…where we ask: What has COVID come to teach us…
